Cyborg Flu

When I was feverish I had dreams of being the cyborg leader of a resistance against an evil AI, up in a very complicated space station. The dreams might have been influenced by my watching of a Let's Play of System Shock.

I dreamed that we won, and I, being a cyborg, got uploaded to be the new station AI, but I gave some of my people a chip so that if there was trouble back on Earth they would have my help. And there was trouble: a robot uprising.

So they stuck the chip into the first person they found who could interface with it. New-me wasn't sure what she was doing, and as time went on and we fought the robots more and more of new-me went cyborg, which made the humans outside of our resistance movement uneasy.

And I woke up, but I was still feverish, so the dream didn't really go away. The reason I ached was because my body was having some trouble accepting the cybernetics. I was dizzy because the inner ear was still being calibrated. And so on.

So I drew this.
